Grilled cheese is one of those go to recipes that everyone loves. I can’t tell you how many times I have made frilled cheese for a late night crowd of teenagers who are at my home around midnight and they age hungry and feel like a little comfort food.
Here is an easy way to make grilled cheese for a crowd that you will love.
Simple, savory and delicious!

Who does not love grilled cheese sandwiches served
with a piping hot bowl of soup?

Here is an easy way to make a large batch of grilled cheese sandwiches in the oven.
They turn out perfectly browned with just the right melted cheese in the middle.

Preheat two jelly rolls pans in a 450° oven. Place one pan on the top rack and one on the bottom rack. Now assemble the sandwiches. Butter a slice of bread; flip it over and add a slice of cheese on the unbuttered side. Butter the second slice of bread and
place it buttered side up on the top of the cheese. Remove the preheated pans from
the oven and place on cooling racks.

Arrange your sandwiches on one of the pans.  Take the other pan, rimmed side up, and place on top of the sandwiches. Return the stacked pans to the oven. Bake for
six to eight minutes or until golden. Remove sandwiches from the
oven; cut and serve warm!
