Sweater Weather… Soup Recipes

It is officially Sweater Weather! After a long Indian summer…when the air is crisp and clean, it just feels right to serve hearty soups for dinner. IĀ  love to create new soup recipes. I enjoy looking in my fridge, and using all the little things that need to get eaten before they spoil.

Hearty soups usually begin with a simple roux, then keeping it thin by adding more milk until is exactly the consistency that you and
your family enjoy. The secret to my flavorful soups are I
use chicken bouillon instead of salt. That gives the cream
sauce a depth of flavor that is hard to beat.

Today we are featuring soup recipesĀ that you, your family, and your friends will enjoy!
