15 minutes to DELISH!

Ok, so it is so…cold and wet out today, that I just couldn’t resist making this
fabulous bowl of deliciousness! If you don’t have all the ingredients, try
emptying out your veggie drawer and adding what you have. The ground
turkey is key, than everything after that, is just an added bonus.

LEAN & DELICIOUS!!!

 

TURKEY BEAN SOUP

1½ lbs. ground turkey
1 yellow onion, chopped
1, 5.25 oz. can Kidney beans, drained
1, 5.25 oz. can black beans, drained
1 ½ c. frozen white corn
1 ½ c. green beans, chopped
1 lg. tomato, diced
5 tbsp. granulated chicken bouillon
2 qt. water
½ tsp. crushed red chili flakes
½ c. flat Italian parsley, minced
1 tsp. onion salt
½ tsp. coarse black pepper

In a large pot sauté ground turkey, add onion and sauté until turkey is cooked.
Add kidney beans,black beans, corn, green beans and tomato. Stir together chicken
bouillon and water, add to turkey and vegetables. Fold in red chili flakes and parsley.
Stir in onion salt and pepper. Simmer for ten minutes and serve.
