This recipe is going to give you a fabulous alternative to the Traditional Turkey
that takes all day to prepare. This is a quick and easy way to enjoy the best part
of any Turkey. The turkey tenderloins are perfect to serve on Thanksgiving
Day with all the traditional trimmings. If time is a factor for your celebration,
then this is the perfect solution for you.
Searing each tenderloin in heated, seasoned olive oil, assures each bite will be
plump and moist. I love the flavor that the bacon adds, giving each turkey
tenderloin just that little bit of something different.
This recipe has changed the way I prepare the traditional holiday meal for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. I look forward to preparing for these gatherings
because this recipe is, “Oh so simple!” Plus, it is the best part of the turkey with

Bacon Wrapped Turkey Tenderloins
olive oil, for searing
1 tsp. garlic pepper
2 lbs. bacon slices
2 tsp. dried rosemary
6 1 lb. turkey tenderloins
2 green onions, for garnish
Preheat oven to 325°. In a large stockpot, heat olive oil, rosemary and garlic pepper
on high. Sear turkey tenderloins on all sides to seal in the natural juices and place
on a jelly roll pan. Set stockpot aside to make Turkey Gravy after tenderloins are
cooked.Wrap 3 or 4 slices of bacon under the turkey tenderloins and tie on top
Bake tenderloins until thermometer inserted near center
registers 160°, approximately 45 minutes. place on serving tray, garnish with
chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
