BIG Cookies for the BIG GAME!!!

Each recipe is simple for busy game day entertaining. Some can be made ahead of
time, which always helps. But these BIG COOKIES, with GIANT
chocolate chips, are a crowd pleaser every time!

Ultimate Chocolate Chippers

2½ c. brown sugar, firmly packed
4½ c. flour
1½ c. butter flavor shortening
2 tsp. kosher salt
4 tbsp. 1% milk
1½ tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
2 c. milk chocolate chips
2 lg. eggs

Preheat oven to 375°. Combine brown sugar and butter flavor  shortening in a large
mixing bowl. Add milk, vanilla and eggs. Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy.
Combine flour, salt and soda; mix into creamed mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
Using a large cookie scoop drop dough onto to greased jelly roll pans 4-inches apart.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on size of cookies.
