Fire up the GRILL!

We love to grill at our house. My husband is the master grill chef…but once
in a while, I come up with something a little different that brings a whole
new twist to how we use our grill.

We grill our potatoes before we cook our chicken, fish or meat. We like to wrap
the potatoes in tin foil and keep it them warm on the upper shelf of the grill as
we finish grilling the rest of the meal. This simple recipe is absolutely
fabulous. As grilling season is just getting started, try this simple, flavorful
recipe… your family and friends are going to love it!

Onion Crusted Grilled Potatoes

5 lbs. russet potatoes
olive oil
2.6 oz. pkg. onion soup dry mix
