Onion Crusted Grilled Potatoes!

5 lbs. russet potatoes
olive oil
2.6 oz. pkg. onion soup, dry mix

Clean and cut potatoes lengthwise into long flat slices. Brush with olive oil
and sprinkle onion soup mix lightly on each slice. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes
on each side. Enjoy!
