This Pecan Fudge Tart is the perfect recipe to finish your Game Day

Pecan Fudge Tart
1 c. butter, divided
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
1 ¼ c. sugar, divided
4, 1 oz. sq. semi sweet chocolate baking bars
½ c. flour
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. kosher salt
2 lg. eggs
1 ¼ tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 c. frozen whipped topping
chocolate bar for curls
Preheat oven to 350°. Melt ½ c. butter and combine with chopped pecans, crushed graham
crackers and ½ cup sugar; mix well. Prepare 6, 4-inch tart pans with cooking spray.
Divide mixture evenly into each tart pan. Press crust mixture into the bottom of the
pans (or use a 10-inch springform pan). In a small saucepan, on low melt baking bars
and remaining butter. Stir until smooth; cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, vanilla and melted
chocolate. Beat with electric mixer on medium for 2 minutes. Pour mixture over
each crust in springform pans; cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove foil; bake an additional 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Garnish each tart with a dollop of frozen whipped topping. Using a vegetable peeler
finish with chocolate curls.
