Keeping Up with my New Years Resolution….restart! Right?

Turkey Fruit Pasta Salad-post(1)

So how about eating a salad for dinner as your main meal of the day for a few weeks and just see if it can help you get back on track for those New Years resolutions? I am going to try this every night for the next two weeks? I will let you know how it is going…, if I feel deprived, or under nourished. Ha! Ha!

But seriously I am ready for a change, I need to eat a bit lighter, and
this is the perfect solution…Salads for dinner!

There are so many fabulous salad recipes in The Gathering of Friends cookbooks.
We share hundreds of fresh salads and homemade salad dressings that could help
you with this Salad for Dinner deal. Try making these salads and include cooked
vegetables right on top of the salad for a heartier feel to your salad.

Here are just a few photos of some of our salads that are perfect for dinner as
a complete meal.  Each recipe has simple ingredients from any grocery store.
Our eBooks display each recipe beautifully  for iPads, iPhones, computers,
kindle fires and most handheld devices. Having these recipes at a touch
of a button will make it easy to see exactly what each recipe should look
like, and help you menu plan. We hope these pics will give you that
little nudge to start eating hearty salads for dinner.

Let us know how you are doing and I will do the same. Add a comment and let’s see if we can slim down a bit before spring and summer. I am going to be careful about the
dressing, count those calories, but will try to use a hot veggie on most salads. Improvise….see what works for you, and let us know.

Our eBooks look great on the iPad, Kindle Fire, your smart phone or computer!
