Savory Beginnings


OK, so we talked yesterday about the heavier folded crepes. I usually like to use these when I make a savory filling that has a thinner sauce as a base. This “Savory Chicken Artichoke Sauce” from volume six has the perfect blend of flavors. The marinade from
the artichokes give this sauce a distinct rich flavor, as well as thinning the sauce.
It is the perfect combo, and one of my very favorite creations.
