Chocolate and Valentines just simply have to go together. Celebrate this heart
day with these light and delicious CHOCOLATE BLISS CUPS. Get your kids
involved, they will love to dip the small balloons in the chocolate and wait while
the chocolate sets up. Then let them pop the balloons, while you peel the balloon
out of each delicate cup. Adding the filling just before you serve them to make
the perfect combination of colors and flavors for your
Valentine’s Day Celebration!


Delicate Chocolate Bliss Cups

Place dipping chocolate in a 2-cup glass measuring cup. Heat the chocolate in microwave for
20 seconds at a time, stirring between intervals until chocolate is completely melted, about
1 minute. Cool slightly.Blow up small balloons the size of desired chocolate cups. (We used
the smallest round balloons we could find.)

Gently dip half of each balloon into the melted
chocolate. Hold balloons over the measuring cup, so the excess chocolate will drip into the
cup. Place dipped balloons on parchment paper. When the chocolate has hardened, pop
balloons; gently peel away any attached balloon from the inside of the cups and discard.
As a favor for your guests, fill chocolate cups with Jordan Almonds; wrap with cello and
tie with a pretty bow.

When using chocolate cups as a dessert, fill with strawberries and whipped cream
(as pictured) or any ice cream or pudding with berries and nuts! ENJOY!
